CV Starr Hand Surgery Center Redesign

Screenshot

After a long gestation, we just launched a complete redesign and restructuring of the website for CV Starr Hand Surgery Center in New York.

The old site was static HTML files; hard to update and maintain.  The new one is built in a CMS (Content Management System) which maintains the consistency of the page layouts allowing the clients to add and change information without risking breaking anything.

We also coded the site to have responsive design, triggered simply by the size of the browser.  You can see the design change just by making your browser really narrow. Responsive design makes it easier for people on smaller screens to navigate throughout the site - reducing the need to zoom in/zoom out/pan around the page to view content. After all, potential patients accessing this website on their mobile devices may have existing hand injuries!
