A novelist’s personal blog

This client wanted several blogs built at once, and we created a series of interlocked templates that allowed us to design three different looking sites, but run then off one set of HTML with only minor changes.

That was the original plan.  Since launch, one of the blogs has grown in design and popularity, and the third blog is very static.  This one falls in the middle.

We installed blog software (ExpressionEngine), configured it, created several custom blog designs, produced the HTML and CSS, and set up Photoshop templates so the novelist could update all parts of the site herself later, if she wanted.
