Short Freeway Observation

My sister Virginia told me that she was not impressed with the way people drive on the freeways in Los Angeles. She's just moved out here to go to school in Santa Barbara. Here's what she has to say:

"People here are weird, they just break for no reason.

"I mean, they're driving along and then it's like, 'There's nothing here but I'm just going to brake anyway.' "

I agree with her completely. But I'm used to it and had stopped noticing it; I think it's neat to hear things you already know, but from a fresh perspective.
