Americans Use Media Far More Than They Realize: Television, at 4.5 hours a day, is the most used medium. 4.5 HOURS. A DAY.

That's an additional part time job. That's enough time to learn a foreign language in a year. That's enough time to train for a marathon. That's lunacy! (And, even scarier, what are they all watching?)
