Curt Heywood has pretty much changed my life.

As you might know, I’ve been working out with Curt, a professional personal trainer, for the past two years.

We exercise twice a week after work for an hour, and just by doing this, combined with a little other outside sporting that I do, I have lost weight, gained flexibility, stamina and even dexterity.

I feel better, I think sharper, I’m healthier, and the ladies don’t mind, either.

Curt leads a small group of us in short exercises using just a mat and some other stuff we have lying around—he’s the MacGyver of exercise.  His style of workout is called “functional athletics” and it’s always varied, always interesting, and actually fun. It’s not as intense as those P90X things, nor as routine as the regular exercise classes I’ve tried.

Lately, we have had a few dropouts who have moved away or switched to other exercises, so I’d like YOU to join the group now.

The first drop-in is always completely free, and our little group of guys and girls is of varying ranges; Curt’s really good at adjusting the routines for each person so that everyone is working at maximum capacity without feeling overwhelmed.

It’s a really good deal—you pay for a set of 6 or so classes at a time, and come as often as you can.

If you want to join, let me know and I’ll tell you when the next one is!
