After over a decade of user testing, it is clear that the way we search the web is similar to the way we would search our home for valuables as it was burning to the ground. Frantically.

91%?? holy crap. that's a lot of email. my gmail account is at 16% and that makes me itchy to delete stuff.

my gmail is at 95%. again. if i delete all the spam in the spam folder that usually helps matters, but i haven't been below 85% in a couple months, and almost always over 90%. i do wonder what will happen when it is "full."
