Hailing from the expansive farmlands of Alberta, Mike moved to beautiful Vancouver in 2011 and found the coast to be most pleasing indeed. He has been working in web development for four years and has loved every second of it. Although his driving focus has always been on developing great user experiences that are simple, clean, and intuitive for the user, he’s recently begun digging into systems security and there has discovered a new passion.
When he’s not working (or working on his hobby websites), he can be found out in the city looking for a nice sunny spot to sit and enjoy both a glass of wine, and his other passion - developing (and course playing) board games!
Mike is thrilled to be joining the Hop team, and can’t wait to dig into the innards of ExpressionEngine!
